I await your overthrow of the government and freeing all of us oppressed citizens and government clerks as our fathers did in Germany and Japan.

Whether or not you knew it, you just demonstrated the problem with this country. You're waiting for someone else to do the job you yourself refuse to do.

“...Police knocking on doors, fines and jail sentences because government in the form of courts have decided to side with anti-religion forces in society. ...”

In that case, I predict there will be a lot of dead Americans very, very soon. The Civil war train has left the station, and there is no power on Earth that can now stop it from reaching its destination.

I hear you. But 40% voted for Bevin and that would be enough to protect the clerks who follow their religious convictions. We need a demonstration badly.

I’ve thought about that, the downside would be the hundred or so good people in each socialist utopia, who would be killed.

The upside; within 20 minutes, Iran would not exist.

It was never a problem until recent years when it been abused to justify most anything.

It was a problem back in 1948. That was when it was used to strip religion out of public schools. You may or may not agree with this usage of it, but the fact remains, that was not it's intended purpose when it was written.

That was a judicial overreach caused by a bunch of Roosevelt appointed Kook judges... and the horrible and overreaching manner in which that terrible amendment was written, and the vile and coerced manner in which it was passed.

You make a lot of assumptions. I don’t hate clips. i am not interested in the one you referred me to. Who said anything about being offended?

Re your last comment. And we can’t have employees deciding what services their employees will provide. Leave or engage in civil disobedience and be read to not whine about the consequences.

I am not willing to overthrow the government, at this point, except by ballot. I’m old and sick. Please let us know your plan. maybe I’ll send a check. in the meantime, I don’t want employees imposing their religious beliefs on employers. If it’s e]serious enough people will resign or disobey and go to jail to make their point.

Since he has already given Iran the green light to build nukes, I opt that Obama further gives them our best ICBM technology, and also MRV warhead miniaturization technology - followed by the grid coordinates of the White House.

The courts are not the "employers" of the clerks. That would be the people who have elected them.

Why don't we ask her employers how they feel about forcing her to issue homosexual marriage licenses? I very much doubt the "consent of the governed" is in favor of it.

Are you in favor of government by the consent of the governed?

So again, you're demonstrating the problem. You sit comfortably at home not willing to make any sort of personal sacrifice to regain the liberties that have been stolen by this Government.

It also appears you're somewhat agnostic (if not a flat out athiest) because you don't want to deal with those who have strong religious feelings and a personal moral code by which they operate.

I won't ask if I have that right, I'm sure I do.

Shame on you, and shame on those who come after you who refuse to sacrifice in any way for their freedoms. You do not deserve the freedoms that so many have fought, bled and died for.

You are not getting it. It is not the court who is acting as employer, it is the city or county. The court has stated what the case law is and the employer is directing the employee to carry it out. I support employees who resign or civilly disobey and are willing to go to jail for their beliefs. In fact, I would send money to a legal defense fund.

The decisions of the USSC are consent of the governed. The elected officials consented and appointed the judges and they have the power to remove them.

Only after a long rope with a noose has been properly place around their necks!

And only after they've been tarred and feathered first!

All 537 of the corrupt crooked bastards and the US Supreme Court too!

On day 2, we eliminate the lamestream liberal media so that the truth will again (finally) be told.

Sounds like a good plan to me!

Willing to review your list of actions you have taken to correct this evil. Then I may repent and follow your lead.

Your conclusion is wrong. But you’ve been wrong all along.

Please state what you think the rights of employees are to decide what services their employers can offer, especially in light of a court order.

You’re all smoke and no fire. I won’t ask. I know I’m right.

“But the rules really are pretty clear.”

So, your argument distills down to “I was just following orders”

OK, so you go ahead an obey those “rules” - aka unjust laws ... I have a different solution in mind - it calls for the proper placement of maximum firepower. I like that option much better.

God night people. Those of you ready to overthrow, be careful. They have very big weapons. Let me know when the revolution begins.
