does the president even have the power to rename something. Trump is going to rename everything to Trump until gope/dem moan and take that power away
Trump is going to rename it to Mt Trump. This is the only way to remind DEM that president should not have unilateral power to rename mountains
Obama should have gone to congress and get everyone to vote on it, instead of renaming it himself. What this tells me is that President have unilateral power to rename mountain and open to abuse. President Trump is going to rename that mountain to Mount Trump
One Congressman has already called BS on this even being legal for Obama to do without Congress.
I think we have a winner !!
What was it that Obama said about congress a few years ago? it congress wont act on the ..[ whatever the this was] ....I will have to act on my own.....[ or words to that affect’.
He really does assume that he has imperial powers
He might call it “Mt Donaldi”
Re: “Why would he name it after an SUV?...”
Because renaming it “Mount Prius” would REALLY suck!!!
Nyuk, nyuk, nyuk....
(I crack myself up... really...)
I remember noting some years ago that the park was called Denali while the mountain was called Mt. McKinley and thinking now there is a nice compromise that everyone can support. Silly me ... the left never stops whining.
I’m stealing that.
Bailiff, whack his pee-pee.
Try the Veal! Here till Thursday!!!!
