The Judge has the power but does he have the stones?

The power lays in judicial receivership (look it up). This is where the judiciary sends out US Marshals to take over an agency or office to perform an investigation.

The takeaway is that most people should not want to mess with a federal judge. It can be harmful to your life to think otherwise.

OK, doesn’t Congress have the same power when they hold someone in contempt?

What is the punishment for someone who is held in contempt of court vs someone who is held in contempt of Congress?
