We need to look at the full platform and record of all the candidates, Trump included. He may be an excellent candidate. He may not. Some things in his platform are good; some are things I disagree with strongly. But let’s elect him or not based on his positions, not just on an issue or two.

Because VA hospitals have to compete for their staff with the private sector. If there are more foreign doctors we can assume that they are not paying as well and therefore not attracting talented professionals at any level.
