Jorge Ramos: Kate's Law "Completely Unfair" To "Millions" Of Illegals
Breitbart.com ^ | August 31, 2015 | Tony Lee

Univision’s Jorge Ramos, the left-wing activist who confronted Donald Trump in Iowa last week and tried to make Trump’s press conference all about him and his pet causes, told CNN this weekend that Kate’s Law is “completely unfair” to millions of illegal immigrants.

“Latinos are culturally reconquering lands that once were part of the Spanish empire.”

I wonder what this big mouth in a boy’s suit size would say if Spain decided to retake Medico? Or if Portugal decided to reinstate is claim to possessions in south America.

Meanwhile, point out to the history challenged POS with the exception of Florida, Spain (not Mexico) had no claim on anything east of the Mississippi and not much outside of South Central California, New Medico, Arid zona and Texas (up to the battle of San Jacinto). Any existing claims were demolished during the mexican war and if we wanted it, Medico would be another state. Thank God cooler heads prevailed and we left them be.

Because it doesn’t affect THEM.

What is a conservative, except a liberal who got mugged? They just haven’t been mugged enough yet.

"they can also rebuild Mexico as well"

Yes, with proper management they can and everyone can prosper, but Mexico's white elite acts more as if it's a zero-sum game. Easier to keep the peasants down and push any excess to the US, including the ones from further south of Mexico to make sure they are just passing through.

Now you understand why I like the idea that Mr. Trump has to have a massive wall built along the Mexico border, to send the Mexico a “message.”

Weary of Trump’s meaningless panderings.
Trump blew an opportunity to ask him about his dual citizenship and if Ramos supports Mexican claims on California, Nevada,Texas, and New Mexico ?
Then nail him by asking why we shouldn’t treat illegals the way the Mexican’s do.

I would imagine that most people who are breaking the law would think the law is “unfair”.

Isn't that kind of like rats lobbying against rat poison?

By sending Mr. Ramos OUT, it sent a message, it is the 2015 version of Ronald Reagan’s “I paid for this mike” moment.

The proposed law is named after the late Kate Steinle, who was murdered in San Francisco while going on a walk with her father by an illegal immigrant who had previously been deported five times. The illegal immigrant said he came to San Francisco because he knew it was a “sanctuary city.” If Kate’s Law passes, deported illegal immigrants who are caught re-entering the country would be sentenced to a mandatory five-year federal prison term.

Ramos, though, insisted that such a law is “completely unfair” to the millions of illegal immigrants in the country.

There already is such a law but it is rarely used against illegal aliens who reenter after deportation. The existing law provides for two years prison and a fine. Your first illegal entry is only a misdemeanor which is outrageous. It must be increased to a felony with six months in prison if the judge chooses

it seems to me that this guy could get some REAL attention in his psychotic lust for power if he took a page from the Sandra Bland workbook.

He could get arrested and then kill himself in jail. In fact, they could all do that, especially “black lives matter” or whatever the hell it is-—the one calling for the murder of white cops. This would also show respect for the Islamo tradition of suicide while jihading.

Think of it-—all these people could run up to a cop or jail and hang themselves with a bed sheet or trash bag. DRAMATIC!! It would lead on MSNBC and The View: as many as 200 people might see it nationwide!

Yeah. Be a real attention grabber....

Ramos got his orders: to invade Trump's Iowa presser to advance the Third World’s takedown America plot.

Trump is a huge impediment to the desire for Reconquista.....and the long-desired domination of El Norte.

Can't have a patriot like Trump leading the US, can we?

Univision stooge Ramos read from a prepared script so he wouldn’t forget any of the carefully contrived remarks——intended to make immigrants into “victims of American intolerance” to advance the Third World cause...the overthrow of the US govt.

Too bad it flopped.

"Mr Ramos does not recognize that border, in fact IMO he thinks that the entire southwest U.S. rightfully belongs to Mexico."

Ramos is not alone. It's what Mexicans were taught in school and hear their entire life.

In a Zogby poll (LINK) only 28% of Mexicans believed that the U.S. Southwest belongs to the US (not Mexico) and only 35% of Mexicans believed that Mexicans do NOT have the right to enter the US as they please. The exact questions & responses were as follows:

Do you agree or disagree that the territory of the U.S. Southwest rightfully belongs to Mexico?
Agree: 58 percent
Disagree: 28 percent <= *
Not sure: 14 percent
Do you agree or disagree that Mexicans should have the right to enter the United States without U.S. permission?
Agree: 57 percent
Disagree: 35 percent <= *
Not sure: 7 percent

In that same poll:

When asked “Should the primary loyalty of Mexican-Americans be to Mexico or to the U.S.?”

> 68.8 percent of respondents said that it should be to Mexico.

When asked, “If the U.S. gave permanent legal status to undocumented immigrants (migrantes indocumentados), do you think it would make your friends and family members more likely or less likely to go to the U.S. as indocumentados, or would it make no difference?”

> 56.2 percent of respondents answered “more likely.”

[Note the poll is old. I've been trying for years to find a newer one... But it appears the results and the possible effect they may have on Americans' attitude on immigration, scared establishment pollsters enough that, since then, they've avoided the topic like a plaque.]

Illegally entering our country and leeching off our social programs is unfair to tens of millions of Americans, including millions who immigrated legally.

Send their ILLEGAL offspring back with them!

DONALD TRUMP IS RIGHT!!!
PLEASE SHARE THIS WITH YOUR LISTS!!
A VERY IMPORTANT piece if you want to fully understand the 14th Amendment argument! Folks, some really cunning and not so stupid people are on the verge of STEALING YOUR BIRTHRIGHT AND THAT OF YOUR CHILDREN AND GRAND CHILDREN!
If you don’t have time to read the entire thing, PLEASE at least read the paragraphs I’ve extracted below. If you’re STILL unclear why those on the left are slinging all this mud on Trump over this one, understand that a large percentage of those who come here ILLEGALLY are initially unable to fully support themselves until they plug into the underground/paid under the table economy and, because the left has created a welfare hammock for them, avail themselves of those programs (at which time many do both). Those programs create a “warm and fuzzy feeling” toward these leftists Democrats, almost guaranteeing they will become DEMOCRAT VOTERS once the left has succeeded in doing away with proof of citizenship in order to vote. (Not to belabor the point, but ask yourself WHY, during his recent trip to Kenya, obozo pledged over 50 million bucks to that corrupt government for A VOTER ID PROGRAM as his Just Us department has blown well over that amount trying to PREVENT STATES FROM REQUIRING PROOF OF CITIZENSHIP HERE??)
Sorry for the rant. Here are those paragraphs that condense much of the legal info in this piece: (See the link below for the entire piece.)

P. A. Madison, a modern day master of constitutional analysis, points out that “since illegal aliens are unlawfully in the US, their native country has a proper and primary claim of allegiance on the child. Thus, the completeness of their allegiance to the US is impaired, which therefore precludes automatic citizenship.” Slam dunk obvious, I’d say.
Also, Rep. Aaron Sargent, a representative from California during the Naturalization Act of 1870 debates, said the 14th Amendment’s citizenship clause was not a de-facto right for aliens to obtain citizenship. Significantly, none of his contemporaries disputed that assertion.
Adding to this mix, here is a little case law since the 14th’s ratification.
In the Slaughterhouse Cases(1873), the Supreme Court observed that the 14th Amendment overturned the Dred Scott decision by making all persons born within the United States and subject to its jurisdiction, citizens of the US; the ruling went on to point out “that [the 14th Amendment’s] main purpose was to establish the citizenship of the Negro” and that “the phrase ‘subject to its jurisdiction’ was intended to exclude from its operation children of ministers, consuls, AND citizens or subjects of foreign states born within the United States”, thus reinforcing Sen. Howard’s construction above. So, since they cannot be subject to US jurisdiction, children of citizens of foreign sovereignities and children of foreign ministers/consuls/ambassadors cannot be lawfully considered US Citizens. Makes perfect sense.
