Many Trump supporters are Dems, because Trump is no conservative. And the reason the press is so much in favor of Trump - which they are - is that on the one hand, his candidacy makes the GOP look ridiculous, and on the other, because his positions, to the extent that he even has any, are exactly like those of the Dems.

The first thing that was said is that it is not what Trump is saying that appeals to people...And they all agreed...

They don’t have a clue on that program...

It’s is Trumps personality that turns people off...How many complaints have we seen on Trumps personality and tone of voice...

Of course it is what Trump is saying that appeals to us...

The reason the rest of them are stuck out in the back 40 is not because they don’t know how to address those issues and Trump...They are stuck out there because their policies are 180 degrees from Trump’s policies and they don’t dare admit it on public television...

The best they can do is complain that Trump is wrong but they have nothing to back up the claims...

The absolutely MOST conservative agenda is to be for American interests first. Nothing else matters if America is getting screwed as it is now.

Therefore Trump is the MOST CONSERVATIVE candidate running in my adult life. And I am on Medicare.

They just said they don't know what to think of Trump and what he does and how he handles things, and is still rising in the polls....

Also said, the candidates ‘handlers’ don't know what to do either...

I would rather have a President Trump sitting across from Putin, or Iran Mullahs, than a Bush, Walker, Rubio....

How ignorant are you? Many DEMS are hurting just as bad as the rest of us. Some seem to forget that a president has to be the president to ALL Americans. Of course, that has been missing during the obama administration, but, nontheless........Lots of DEMS like what Trump has to say, and I hate to say this, but am going to, Trump gives DEMS permission to vote for him. They don’t have to make excuses and be called traitors, etc. It isn’t because he is a DEM, which he was only registered as one for 8 years - the rest of his entire life - 51 years he has been Republican, Independent, and even a member of the Reform Party. SO, it isn’t true that he has been a life-long Democrat - regardless of what you say. I’m sick of this - he isn’t conservative. Everyone has a different idea of what conservative is - and guess what? Some Democrats like him too.

First the GOPe is stupid.

Second:

“There is NOTHING more conservative than stopping a permanent democrat/marxist voting majority and doing whats best for the people and the country. By virtue of Mr.Trump’s position on illegal immigration he “Trumps” all others conservatism.”

And third GOPe opposition is JUST for show anyway:

All U.S. senators voted for the Corker bill 99-1, with only cotton being the only sane one. The corker bill makes Obama’s Iran deal virtually unstoppable:

I think everyone has it. On of my favorite stories is about the famous explorer (if memory serves me right Stanly) when he had to relieve himself on a south sea island , New Guinea. The natives thought he was some kind of supernatural being until they whiffed his body relief.

There’s absolutely NO mystery about why Trump is on fire. He’s a riot! What timing! Just listen to the pause, just before he says, “...who is a perv.”

He makes every other candidate sound like a prissy little teacher’s pet, reciting their little talking points.

Mark Steyn, subbing for Rush last week had a terrific rant about how some people have whined and complained that Trump "isn't conservative enough" and yet for the most part these same "conservatives" (who are supposed to be "purer" than Trump ideologically) had power for eight years under Bush (all that time with a GOP House and two years with a GOP senate too), then had the House again since 2010 and had the House and Senate since 2014 and HAVE DONE WHAT?

A "conservative" House and Senate can't even stop a crappy Iran deal or defund planned Murderhood. The "pure" conservatives---yes, including Cruz and Paul and Lee and others---have not offered one single CLEAN bill to just repeal Obamacare, they didn't stop Loretta Lynch, they didn't stop Import/Export Bank, they didn't stop Fast Track.

So pray tell, what will the "liberal" Trump do that is so different from these heroic conservatives.

The purism argument gets old as hell. I want a candidate with whom I can agree on FIVE THINGS to get FIVE THINGS DONE. Then I'll worry about the next five.

That's how the libs have done it for 40 years yet we keep wanting to dig up the carcass of Ronald Reagan (God Rest His Magnificent Soul). Well, it's time we get behind someone who can ACT and not talk, someone who will do something to stop the madness and not just manage American decline.

Is this video available on YouTube? This is another one of those websites where they assume everyone has an internet connection like Bill Gates. It runs for two seconds, pauses for thirty...

I hear you! Even the magnificent Ronald Reagan wasn’t 100% conservative. Does anyone remember amnesty? He was pro - life, but Nancy wasn’t. Same with Bush 41 and 43 - their wives weren’t, so I imagine they were just pro- life for public’s sake anyway. I get sick of hearing that we have to nominate someone like Ronald Reagan, as much as I admired the man, we have a new set of problems in this country than what Reagan had to face. The world is spinning out of control and we need a leader in the WH -not someone who has never so much as run a lemonade stand. This goes for some of those who seem to be more conservative than that they deem Trump to be. He is a man of action - his name and reputation are at stake, and he knows it. I also think he cares, unlike the many who are running to keep that cushy paycheck coming in, and who crave power.

I’m betting the day he takes the nomination they will be turned loose....

I think between next weekend and Christmas, we aren’t going to know what hit us...we will see a campaign election cycle that will be only ‘one of it’s kind’....

GO TRUMP TRAIN!!!!

I'll take a leader who only shares half my values if one of the values he shares is that he loves America.

That would be 180 degrees opposite of what we have in there today.
