That puppy stage will be over before you know it. I always try to nap when the puppy is napping. Puppies in our house are up early, and around 10AM I take them with me on the sofa or bed. I tell them that it is "nap" time (they learn this) and they almost always fall asleep for at least an hour, if not longer. I take a nap, too. Once they're up again, they go out and then have lunch. Then, around 2PM, it's time again for a nap (for both of us, if possible).
Sharing the nap-time helps with bonding and avoids exhaustion. :)
