Great name for a dog.

I’ve tried to name several dogs Dixie but being Ibizans, they have their own thoughts about names and never answered to it.

So, I named a Dumerils Boa Dixie.

She didn’t answer to it, either but being a snake, it was rather pointless to call her, anyway.

I never tried to name my female Dobe Dixie because the male Dobe’s aunt was named Dixie and it seemed weird.
