No. You are the “stay home if I don’t get my way” poster boy for the next election. Just like the stay at homes could have defeated Obama in the last election, your stay at home attitude will be the same as voting for the Democrat. Brains are not your strong point. Romney (a successful business man)would have won if the stay at homes had voted. We would not have been in the mess we’re in now.

.....”You are showing just how “small” you are as a person when you criticize the man for being a SUCCESS!”......

I wasn’t critiquing his success or failures...I was responding to you mentioning Trumps “Genius” and “Perfectionism” regarding the people he surrounds himself with.

.....Which clearly shows that in his home life, social life, and politically were certainly NOT that which would point to a man of Genius and Perfection....and apparently Trump would now agree.....as he “fired” them.
..........................................................

If you will go back and TRY to reread the original sentence which was about “BUILDING,” you will see just how foolish and feminazi your DIVERSION OFF THE TOPIC has become.
Trump surrounds himself with experts in their field and that is what we need instead of political appointments which have nothing to do with intelligence or ability. Kerry as Secretery of State, Hillery as Sec. of State, Caroline Kennedy as Ambassador......are really STARK EVIDENCE of what this country has been pushed to because of Obama. I doubt a BUSINESSMAN such as Trump would choose a poet for his architect for a 70 story building, or a piano player to design a golf course. Get off the “personality” kick and realize the true ability of this man to right some very grievous wrongs we are suffering by being able to put together a winning team instead of a buncbh of losers.

He doesn’t build a building with his own two hands. Can’t you see his genius and perfectionism in the people he hires and surrounds himself with? Yes, the final decision is his, but I am certain his basis for that decision is well founded.

Oh for God's sake. Genius? Really??? He couldn't even get it right on his own reality show when he kept Geraldo and fired someone ELSE. What makes anyone think he's a frickin genius? It's absurd.

What I'm seeing here is a lot of "Trump worship" thrown up in opposition of legitimate concerns about Trump's true intentions. We conservatives are the ones that are supposed to be above that kind of mindless group-think. We're the ones that comprehensively vet ANY and ALL candidates for president. Let's get back to reality here. Trump may be a successful real estate tycoon...but he is certainly no genius.

Absolutely. Trump may be the loudest one, as you said, bellowing....but that by no means signifies that he is the best candidate for the job.

I will be glad to. I hope you sent the same message to the person in question. Accusing me of being ON FIRE as well as other insinuations is hardly a compliment. Let’s be fair.

I don’t trust him.

That’s the bottom line. Sudden change IS possible, but he’s already denied Christ, so that explanation is out.

Along the way, Trump is going to step on some toes, punch some noses, and kick some shins, and I for one am going to love every minute of the spectacle!

Yes. The “strong man”. And it’s great until it’s YOUR shins he’s kicking. And it may be more than just your shins. It may be your life.

Yeah. It happens. All the time. We are not special. We just think we are. In reality we are just another page in the history of man - a quite violent history of unspeakable torture. We’ve had such a long quiet spell that many of us can’t even fathom what most of mankind has gone through. It will come again. It always does. And as you can see by my tag line, I do not think it is a long time hence.

...you are so overly critical of Trumps brashness...

I did not say nor do I believe that. If you analyze my posts, you will discover that you inferred that. It is actually the biggest thing I like about him. He is absolutely skewering PC. And his brashness is his most effective weapon.

Alright we get it. You can’t stand Trump...

Apparently you DON’T get it. I actually LIKE Trump. I just don’t trust any man and the more they resonate with the people, the more I want to vet who they REALLY are. I felt the same way about Reagan in 1980. But after vetting him, well, 1980 was the only presidential race in my lifetime (voting since 1972) where I voted FOR a candidate.

The concerns are real and they need to be vetted. The stakes are too high. This really is the most powerful office on the planet.

Trump has never kicked my shins nor is he likely to do so. I don’t attack him due to personal doubts or fears....or a negativity in the face of a natural progression down the road of life to its ultimate end. If you truly believed in the Bible, you wouldn’t be so fearful of “the end.”

You can take all your “Hope and Change” with all its insurance policies and lawyers standing in the wings...

You infer a lot.

During the 1980 election I would tell anyone who would listen that “hope and change” is what Stalin and Hitler and many others ran on. I would point out that the phrase never includes detail of what that “change” might be.

Of course, a lot of people realized, after the fact, that what obama meant by change was not what they thought he meant. It is POSSIBLE that the same could be true with Trump. He is not Jesus. He is a fallible man just like you and me. Before I jump all the way on his wagon I want to knot what he REALLY MEANS TO DO if he becomes president. I don’t mean what he “claims” he will do. I mean what he will really do.

We find out by listening to his words and comparing them to his actions, both past and present.

I don’t make as big a deal of people like Kasich because I don’t think they have a chance. They are an irreverence. Trump matters. If I’m going to actually sign the contract on this car I’m gonna kick the tires. A cool paint job is not enough.

If you don’t doubt Trump even a little bit, if you don’t remember Perot , if you are fully aboard Trumps glitzy bandwagon, that tells us a lot about you.

bnd you are running “interference” for my guess is Bush.

If bush is the nominee, I will not vote.

In fact, the ONLY two candidates that I would vote for, if the election were held today, are Trump and Cruz.

Did that one shock you? Too many people who read my posts are reading between the lines and ignoring the lines themselves.

And if people would look at the link in the OP, they would see where I am coming from regarding Trump and how a “strong man” rises to power. It’s frustrating to be discussing this with so many posters who do not yet understand where I was coming from in the op because they have some challenge with opening other sites. It’s why I posted the bing link to a LOT of sites with that exact same content.

But if you simply refuse to expose yourself to that content, this discussion is utterly pointless.

So now you possess a crystal ball?

No. If I did, this would be easy. That’s the problem.
Conservatives who love him look at another. It ALL matters and one must look at the whole picture to come to a “best guess” as to what he will actually DO in office.

And if it is not preceded by prayer, it will almost certainly be a “wrong guess”.

The US is not the Weimar Republic. The population is not homogenous to the extent of post war Germany (1919-1933).

Yeah. Tell that to a Jew with the arm tatoo.

I don’t know anything about that (him denying Christ)...but I do know that he supported Hillary in 2010, and also two other of the most rabid leftists in the Democratic party. If he can switch sides or tracks that fast and that easily, who is to say that he won’t, if elected president, switch back again?

Again, we HAVE to get this one right. There is zero room for mistakes at this point in our nation’s demise.

We need a solid conservative with a solid record OF conservatism. Ted Cruz and possibly Scott Walker as VP maybe. Absolutely NO MO BUSHES and no more RINOs.

Nailed it.

Regarding the “denying Christ”, there are a lot of quotes from him on the subject, but the money quote is when he said that he does not think he needs Christ’s forgiveness. He doesn’t imply it. He says it. That is textbook denial of Christ.

Oh but I DO get it. I, being considerably older than you, have learned to watch those who pay compliments followed by a big BUT, and such is your case. Continue to torture yourself about the end being near, but show me someone in the present list of alternatives who has the overall strength to fight the Washington and United Nations one world order crowd. Learn to analyze the overall strength of your selection, and not just one point you consider a winning ticket. I’d rather a Pershing or Patton than a Haig or Montgomery to fight the enemy. Caution can be overrated.
