<><> (2) whether Abedin violated 18 U.S.C.§1027; Abedin might have made false statements and colluded to conceal activities in relation to documents required by the Employee Retirement Income Security Act of 1974.
It is also possible that Abedin’s collusion w/ Hillary, and other hidden offenses could include civil and/or criminal RICO violations. Hillary allowing Abedin’s several employments could also involve BUT not be limited to:
<><> Title 18 U.S.C. §1341, Mail Fraud, 18 U.S.C.§1001, Presenting a False Document to an Agent of the US Government (involves several felonies and could include forgery);
Possibly infractions centering on RICO conspiracies under 18 U.S.C. §1962(c); investigations could be warranted because (1) the persons (2) were employed by or associated with an enterprise (3) that engaged in or affected interstate and international commerce and that (4) the persons operated or managed the enterprise (5) through a “pattern” (6) of racketeering activity, and (7) the taxpayers were injured by reason of the “pattern” of racketeering activity.
Alleged Offenses could include Violation of Title 18 U.S.C. §241 – Conspiracy Against Constitutional Rights – which prohibits in relevant part, “two or more persons (from conspiring) to injure, oppress, threaten, or intimidate any person in any State, Territory, Commonwealth, Possession, or District in the free exercise or enjoyment of any right or privilege secured to him by the Constitution or laws of the United States, or because of his having so exercised the same . . .” See, 18 U.S.C. §241.

Sen Charles Grassley's inquiry to State Dept investigator recently revealed that Huma Abedin improperly collected taxpayer dollars. Sen Grassley also inquired about Abedin's unusual employment status---whether US conflict-of-interest laws were violated when Hillary gave Abedin special employment status in which Abedin worked simultaneously for:

<><> (2) the Clinton Foundation,
<><> (3) as a private consultant,
<><> (4) consulted Teneo, a global financial firm w/ Bill Clinton a member of the board.

Washington’s FBI division may have the top guys, but it’s also close to the White House. The report can be accelerated or suppressed, IMHO, at the behest of Obama.

Within the 30 email threads reviewed by Reuters, Clinton herself sent at least 17 emails that contained this sort of info. In at least one case it was to a friend, Sidney Blumenthal, an individual not employed by the US government.
The cunning Clintons are hiding plenty.....however, smirking Sid's emails should sound numerous L/E alarms.

But Sid's secret emails show that, while on the foundation payroll, ostensibly "promoting Bill's legacy," Blumenthal fed back-channel, usually unreliable, intelligence reports on Libya to then-Secy of State Clinton.
Hillary sent Sid's reports on to senior State official without attribution......as if they were her analyses.

The real question is who has more dirt on the other: the Clintons or Obama?
The Clintons are expert at collecting dirt. Obama has control of the FBI and other investigative resources.
Obama wants a successor who will cement his legacy. He does not seem to trust that Hillary is the one to do that.
Is all of the current negative news about Hillary just an attempt to say later — next summer — that Hillary was fully vetted and none of the negative allegations proved true?
