Was not covered by Fox. CNN, MSNBC all there. Think there is a speech to follow.

“To be frank, I am dumfounded by their sudden interest in Politics.”
Happening in my immediate and extended family. They are asking me what I think because of my interest in politics and the survival of the Republic.
Let's do the left's approach and never stop nibbling.
"Warren Buffetts secretary, Debbie Bosanek, served as a stage prop for President Obamas State of the Union speech (2012). She was the presidents chief display of the alleged unfairness of our tax system a little person paying a higher tax rate than her billionaire boss."
One more issue on which Trump and Obama agree. I just can't fathom that so many people think Trump is conservative. He's a populist, pure and simple, adopting whatever views he thinks can get him elected.
On Wednesday morning, on Morning Joe, Mika said of Trump’s private interview with Mark Halprin and John Heidleman, that Trump seemed quite serious and more presidential. Halprin agreed, and said he thought that too and that Trump has turned the corner. These are Lefties, who will never vote for Trump, but seem to prefer him to Hillary honestly.
They criticize Hillary every single day and give her nothing.
I had noticed that it has been only in interview venues that we can enjoy the serious, calm and laser focus of Donald Trump, and not in the rally forum, where he must cover the same ground in different states and regions of the country. Summer is the time for introductions and broad themes and to take your message to the people.
Tonight’s venue was about 1500 according to the party host, and Trump in the smaller setting was talking to both Democrats attending and to Republicans, in Boston. In that venue perhaps he was more comfortable in his presidential casual hat. The rallies are just that— to rally support for his ideas.
Also, he is never on defense. He does defense at his rallies and tucks in the criticism there, where he can get applause for pushing back on the critics, warning of more coming and generally making them the butt of jokes. The crowds are with him. This has never been seen as a campaign staple. Nobody does that. It’s just genius to handle things that way, with such humor. He makes Teflon his second skin and nothing can stick.
I hope you are able to warm up to him. Honestly, it’s so much fun to be having fun again. Rita.
For crying out loud, lizzy, Trump is a Presbyterian, not a Catholic. Many Protestants take that position, and Trump has been honest that he is not particularly devout. It was in a Wednesday interview with Mark Halprin.
Trump is very secular. He was a member of the church of Norman Vincent Peale, a stalwart in the Protestant faith. He said no one wanted to leave his sermons. He was raised going to Sunday School, but as a man he goes now but it’s at Easter.
Surely you don’t believe God is confined to only the pious man in order to work his will on a nation or anything else, do you?
The US is headed for Hell if abortion is not stopped, but there is no guarantee that if a chaplain were president that he alone could get it stopped. Trump may actually do it. He is no ordinary man and his appearance tonight at the Boston affair was half Democrats and half Republicans. Democrats have likely heard of his revulsion for what is happening at Planned Parenthood and that it has to be defunded. They came anyway.
If that were Cruz or Huckabeeeee, they wouldn’t be caught dead attending a Republican speech. Trump is resonating with middle America of all stripes, creeds, color and religions. Who does that in this age? No one.
I was 21 before I was allowed to vote.
People want specifics this early because they all instinctively feel Trump will be the nominee... and their instincts are correct!
TRump video speech ping, MA
Because when it FAILS to generate the revenue he promises (AND IT WILL), the next step is to INCREASE MIDDLE CLASS TAXES.
IT IS SO PREDICTABLE.
I appreciate the longing for a priest-like, devout Catholic to do mortal combat in a corrupt Washington, DC government and succeed, but since the population is overrun with Marxists and at least socialists who live off tax payers, and with MAJOR decadence being formed into law by the courts and the Supreme Court of the land, what are the chances that the populace is ever going to elect or perhaps even nominate a Christian right candidate in this age?
I DO believe it is possible that Trump serves a purpose that delivers us by the Grace of God from full blown communism for at least the foreseeable future. That alone is a start. Perhaps God has thrown us a bone to repent. Maybe, his name is Trump.
It will take the force and magnitude of a hurricane to beat Democrat Marxists who have a stranglehold on every institution and who presently OWN the courts. It was of course Catholic Justice Kennedy who thrust the crowning blow against God and this nation with his swing vote to legalize gag marriages. What kind of reputation is that for Catholic contenders? They as well as right leaning Protestants are especially the subject of mockery and derision. In other words, it is not an advantage to wag your tongue in a campaign about your devout Christian roots.
It could cost a man the presidency, actually. This would be the reason God warned us to be gentle as a dove and wily as a serpent.
No president, regardless of their prolife stand, has ever lifted a finger that saved preborn babies. How can you expect one man to do that from the White House, when the death agenda is coming from the courts. Wake up.
BTW, Trump is not pro-abortion and is repulsed by Planned Parenthood being funded by taxpayers. Secular though he may be, he claims to be “religious”, and he knows a butcher when he sees it. I think you are not even following him, or what he has said in interviews this summer.
Donald will defund their netherregions, hopefully, and we will just see whom it is of the 100% prolife Catholics and the on-fire Baptist candidates that can stop abortion, or Planned Parenthood any better or faster than Trump. Trump is a driving force to be reckoned with, and the other candidates can not begin to compete with such a force.
If you have a “bad” guy and a “good” guy, but it’s only the bad guy who is a force to solve the issue of life and death, are you going to stand there on some highly laudible principle and vote for the good guy, who can accomplish nothing?
I’m not. My own conscience won’t allow it. But, you are also entitled to follow yours, in good faith. So, there you are.
Protestants by and large believe that rape, incest and the life of the mother is a prolife stance. In fact many Catholics may take that view regardless of Church teaching. Yes, you and I believe it is having it both ways, having your cake and eating it too, which it is, but they are content with that stance and their pastors are pleased with it and it gets them all elected president.
Maybe we have exhausted the subject. Thx, Rita.
AMEN!!!!
