I’ve read articles on the Chinese doing this, so I found it interesting that Bush said Asians.
Now that the Korans are calling him on it, I think it’s a hoot.
He was trying to use this issue to take Trump down, and it backfired.
Bush is truly Wiley Coyote, and he’s even funnier...

The first time I ever heard "birth tourism" was many years ago. Apparently well connect Koreans were using it to avoid the mandatory military requirements. There are some interesting cases were Koreans born in America were forced to serve in the ROK army. See link
