EPA is just playing the game of follow the leader.

A federal judge has ruled that a controversial regulation that would give the Environmental Protection Agency jurisdiction over small streams and ditches is bureaucratic overreach and has halted the implementation of the rule.
The judge was not pleased with the EPA, who said they would go ahead and implement the regulation in the 37 states that did not sue to end it.

EPA says the H€LL with Courts when they don’t win. However, they love decisions when they do. EPA, just another lawless Agency controlled by a lawless President.
We are surrounded by criminals in this government-by-fools.
Nothing will stop this government, but force. No single Federal Judge will be allowed to stop the Marxists.
So then arrest them all, or they will do exactly that.
Wouldn’t it be easier for states to withhold any taxes that they send to Washington and to start closing down federal offices in their states?

I believe it was a subcontracted operator to the epa that busted to the thing open. Not knowing the terrain specifically, could someone on a D-9 not have pushed a berm up to stop the flow? Like I said, I’ve not looked into the terrain and geology in the area so maybe the berm idea wasn’t an option.
The states need to arrest any EPA officials within their territory flaunting the federal court’s ruling...
Jail time for the refuseniks, period. And cut their budget or is Boehner afraid it will affect his liquor allowance?
No indictments, no warrants, no US Marshals dispatched. Yawn. Blatant violations and the spineless continue to waffle.
Is there such a thing as contempt of court anymore? Judge needs to slap them all in jail.
