Ann Coulter pointed out a huge item that hasn’t been discussed in that opening of the 14th amendment. She highlighted BOTH “subject to the jurisdiction thereof” BUT she also highlighted “of the state in which they RESIDE.”

RESIDE is a legal term and not just describing where you might have laid down your sleeping bag last night.

It is talking about RESIDENCE in a state.

The elephant in the room that no one seems to remember is that, according to Numbers USA, the USA and Canada are the only two 1st world countries on the planet that allow birthright citizenship and a number of civilized countries have repealed birthright in the last few years - including Australia, New Zealand, Ireland.
