Florida Sen. Marco Rubio shot back at Hillary Clinton Thursday evening after the Democratic front-runner compared the 2016 Republican field to "terrorist groups" over their stances on abortion.
Rubio, who along with Jeb Bush and John Kasich was named directly by Clinton in her attack, told radio host Hugh Hewitt that the attack was "par for the course" for Clinton. He also blasted the former secretary of state for her "extremist views" regarding women's issues — specifically, abortion.
"It's par for the course with her," Rubio said. "She's a failing candidate, has no credibility, being exposed for being deceitful on the whole issue of her server, compromised the national security of the United States. And, quite frankly, she's going to be chasing Bernie Sanders and others in her party to the extreme left."
"So obviously she's going to go around saying outrageous things, and I expect more of in the months to come," Rubio said.
The presidential hopeful went on to bash Clinton and the Democratic Party for their threat to shut down the government "in order to fund one organization," Planned Parenthood. Rubio called that an "extremist view."
"The Democrats are threatening to shut down the government in order to fund one organization, which has now been exposed across a series of videos of being involved in what's probably illegal activity — selling and trafficking fetal tissue," Rubio explained. "But it goes beyond that. They hold extremist views."
Rubio pointed out to the host that Clinton voted against the partial-birth abortion ban and is against parental notification if a minor is going to have an abortion, both of which he said indicates "extremism."
"These are extremist views. They're outside the mainstream of the majority of our country. And the press covers up for them, but that's their extremist views, the ones that she holds," Rubio said. "She supports taxpayer funding of abortion, using American taxpayer money to fund abortions overseas."
"We look forward to exposing her extremism," Rubio added.

Whatever it was, she’s finally decided it’s ok to refer to someone as terrorists. Too bad it’s not actual terrorists she’ll call out.
