The 14th Amendment does not create a birthright citizenship for anyone not already in the country.
Nobody cares. He isn't going to be a factor.
Heck, Rubio wants citizenship for the illegal alien parents of the babies, so why shouldn’t he also want it for the babies.
How about the children of legal resident aliens? These are legal immigrants.
Is he still running?
Any surprise Rubio opposes ending birthright citizenship? He’s essentially an anchor baby and would undermine his legitimacy. Good riddance to him.
Here’s what Coulter’s written about it:

Her analysis seems reasonable to me.
You should not have to refer to Anne Coulter. You should know the answer.
Rubio gets worse and worse. Anyone who does not support ending the birthright citizenship scam is off my list. It’s so obvious we need to get rid of it. It is unfair and illogical in addition to acting as a magnet for illegal aliens especially female illegals.
It’s called ‘flailing.’
Thanks for this and the link to Coulter.
You address my 1).
If you are correct, there is still 2.
I responded to this: “Thats because Rubio wouldnt be an American citizen if it werent for birthright citizenship”.
One needs not to have been a citizen at birth to become one.
Correct, you can later become a citizen. I wasn’t arguing that.
BTW, for me this is the key quote in Coulter’s piece:
‘The very author of the citizenship clause, Sen. Jacob Howard of Michigan, expressly said: “This will not, of course, include persons born in the United States who are foreigners, aliens, who belong to the families of ambassadors or foreign ministers.”’
“Dont think the Dems would accept him.”
Crist, Rubio, Bloomberg, the list goes on for those power hungrey politicians without principles.
