America should always be a haven for people fleeing tyranny.
The problem is that we’ve become a destination for people looking to create tyranny.
Obama’s hand-picked henchman, Leon Rodriguez at the United States Citizenship and Immigration Services (USCIS) agency, is rubber-stamping felons, criminals, and diseased illegals into the country.
Rodriguez also oversees the infamous EB-5 visa program. Under Obama/Rodrigues’ purview-—EB-5’s are said to involve major threats to US national security:

Rodriguez’s confirmation hearings revealed he was a board member of Casa Maryland-—a Third World pressure group pushing for unlimited immigration on behalf of foreign governments. Rodrigues also has connections to foreign pressure groups across the nation.
REFERENCE Circa 2012, Sen Charles Grassley (Repub-Iowa) exposed the DHS-USCIS visa program—Sen Grassley said ICE identified key vulnerabilities in EB-5 visas:
1) Export of sensitive technology/economic espionage.
2) Use by foreign government agents/espionage.
3) Use by terrorists.
4) Investment fraud by regional center.
5) Investment fraud by investors.
6) Fraud conspiracies by investors and regional center.
7) Illicit finance/money laundering.
HERE’S HOW OBAMA GAVE RODRIGUES (AND ICE’S SALDANA) UNCHECKED POWER OVER US CITIZENS: Obama’s amnesty memos signed aboard AF-ONE last Nov. The memos “delegate” to federal agencies, and gave presidential orders to come up with “plans” (that advance the conspiracy to overthrow the US govt).
Saldana and Rodrigues’ federal agencies then “invent” Committees to do this. Then “Administrative Rules,” after a comment period, are published in the “Code of Federal Regulations,” which magically turns them into law........ using federal fairy dust.
So obamba is shielded from responsibility-—he doesn’t have to take the hit. Behind closed doors, he tells Saldana and Rodrigues what he wants.....and faster than you can say “the combo plate w/ extra hot sauce”.....the overthrow of the US govt commences.
THE “DELEGATION” HORROR STORY—A Federal agency MO since 1946. It’s down to a science: (1) publish a Notice of Proposed Rulemaking (NPRM), (2) make the comment period really short, (3) stonewall any negative comments, and, (4) publish the rule, which (5) NOW has the force of US law.
No Congressman was ever involved, and Obamba doesn’t leave his DNA on it. “Delegation” is ominous for liberty-—centers on the writing of administrative law by nefarious types like Saldana and Rodrigues at these federal agencies.
It is patently un-Constitutional (hat tip to FReeper Regulator).
Sorry Megan, we can no longer take everyone who claim being wronged so the folks who feel sorry for them can feel better. Half of these cases are total fraud. This is no secret.
