Whatever Obama has on Roberts, Bush knew it, too and still appointed him knowing he would be compromised down the road.
I was just saying if you think back to the day he was appointed, most here thought it was wonderful. I certainly thought it was wonderful, I remember the Conservative movement at the time was thrilled that Roberts was appointed.
As for getting inside their heads, I dont know.
