Yep it looks like the cameraman swung around and got the guy on camera as he was being shot.

In a strange way, if this guy is caught.. the cameraman was instrumental in finding his own killer. I just keep thinking with it being so early (and not seeing a lot of people around), the killer could have gotten away with little evidence behind. The police have a picture of the killer... accidentally or deliberately by the cameraman.
