We need to determine the extent to which Ramos and Univision execs are hyping ratings of Ramos’ pathetic show....or other U/vision shows....in order to manipulate advertisers into ad sales.
This is a serious offense——upstate NY news execs went
to jail for hyping circulation numbers to get ads.
