Jeb Bush's campaign on Tuesday put out a video highlighting his hurricane response record as governor of Florida as the nation marks the 10-year anniversary of Hurricane Katrina.
But at one point, the campaign spot features Bush standing next to then-Federal Emergency Management Agency head Michael Brown, one of the most infamous figures of the George W. Bush administration's widely criticized response to the disaster.
The two-minute video features clips of hurricanes and Bush back when he was governor, interspersed with expert testimonials about Bush's leadership during disasters, which frequently affect the state he governed in the early to mid-2000s....

Jebs campaign needs a believable candidate more than anything else
It is amazing to me how people continue to blame the Bush administration for the failures of:
- prior administrations
- local government officials
- state officials
It’s about the optics.
Another amateur mistake that a competent staff would have easily found and corrected.
He can’t even run a campaign let alone the government

I thought so too! How many “infamous Katrina figures” are there? I thought Lootie captured and retained the franchise on that meme.
This guy has no interest in being president....it shows up in one hundred different ways every week. I don’t know if it’s conscious on his part, but too many mishaps to be random IMO.
Man...this is one subject that still drives me crazy...the media succeded in blaming a hurricane on a president. I could go on and on...but most of all, how can someone get killed in a storm that gives u a 3 day advance warning...thats moving at 10 mph....i mean, how stupid can you be.
