My 2 cent take: Biden, if elected, would be a ‘third term’ for Obama. He would not undo anything Obama has done. That is what Obama can trust Biden to do ... he cannot say the same of Clinton. Obama will do what is best for Obama & his “legacy” & that is Joe Biden. The Clintons are in it for the Clintons. I think Hillary is toast .... if she won’t step down willingly (and she won’t), then Obama will have to do something to force her out & he will. He’s giving the leaks time to percolate out and when it’s time for Joe, suddenly Hillary will be (officially) found to have violated National Security, or some such other serious charge. Furthermore, if the FBI can crack open the door to the Clinton Foundation with what they find during their investigation (evidence of bribes, etc.), Bill & Chelsea will be at risk as well. Will Hillary throw Bill/Chelsea under the bus? Maybe Bill (payback for Juanita, Kathleen, Paula, Gennifer could be a bitch), but not Chelsea. Obama has a lot of room to rumble with Hillary and he’ll take her out if it suits his agenda & it’s looking more & more to me like it does.
Quiviut - exactly! Obama is a skunk, and he will threaten her with some sort of blackmail, or offer a Presidential pardon in exchange for her stepping out of the race of her own choosing. Biden will obey Obama, and it will be Obama’s coveted Third Term. He might even keep the ‘czars’ in place.
