Trump reignites Megyn Kelly feud with 'bimbo' tweet
The Hill ^ | 8/24/15 | N.Zimmerman

Posted on 08/24/2015 8:17:26 PM PDT by VinL

Fox News anchor Megyn Kelly returned Monday night to host The Kelly File following a 10-day vacation, but her extended R & R seemed to have no relaxing effect on her loudest critic: Donald Trump.

In a series of late-night tweets, Trump accused Kelly of being “off her game,” and suggested she “must have had a terrible vacation” because she was “afraid to confront” her guest, Dr. Cornel West, on the subject of immigration.

Trump followed up his tweets with a couple of retweets from supporters who called Kelly a “bimbo” and her show “a waste of an hour on Fox.”

“The bimbo back [sic] in town,” said one tweet, which Trump reposted into his own timeline. “I hope not for long."

The Republican front-runner’s infamous feud with Kelly -- sparked in the aftermath of the first GOP debate, which Kelly co-moderated — reached a crescendo shortly before her temporary leave of absence, when Trump made a comment appearing to reference menstruation as a reason for a line of questioning he believed was unfair.

Trump went on to suggest several times that Kelly’s vacation was ordered by higher-ups at the news station as a result of the fallout from their post-debate friction.

Fox News pushed back on those claims, saying the time off was scheduled months in advance.

Unfazed, Trump repeated his allegation tonight on Twitter.

"I liked The Kelly File much better without @megynkelly,” the businessman tweeted. "Perhaps she could take another eleven day unscheduled vacation!"

I like Cruz too. I don’t think he could win the general election yet. Especially in the current climate.

Walker couldn’t win either.

The Dems will have a really crappy candidate and most likely will win one way or another. They don’t care about sheer perfection.

That should scare everyone.

The collapse of Megyn Kelly

JEDI4S to Enlightened1
(With apologies to Howard Lawrence Carr (U)-Fat Bastard MA).
You’re Me-Gun Kelley and in front of the largest political debate ever...you choked. Even Dan Rather took a moment from drooling into his Jello after your question to Trump and was heard to stammer WHAT THE F@#&? Then went on to mumble something about fake but accurate...fake but accurate.

You’re Me-Gun Kelley and you have been torched so much on the internet that Danica Patrick has offered you one of her flame retardant suits. But help is on the way.

The CALFVERY has arrived in the pantsuit of the most experienced and foremost experts in BIMBO ERUPTIONS. Yes, herself Hillary Rodham Rodham Hubble Foster Clinton has come to your defense...sister’s in arms as it were. (EWWW)!

Why old Bill Clinton is SO wound up; he’s preparing for a possible visit with you by ordering a new box of cigars from his friends the Castro boys down in Cuba.

Kennedy and Clinton did have one thing in common...they both liked to use cigars in their sexual assaults. Kennedy used SEGARS and Bubba used SEE-GARS. But I digress. The good news though, Me-Gun, is that word on the street is that Monica Lewinsky has offered to loan you a dress for the occasion. Geez Me-Gun what’s next? Have James (Serpent Head) Carville come on and drag a five dollar bill across your anchor desk?

IN CARVILLESE.. (Come en down der ta draggg a fife dolla bill cross urine anka desskkkkk. ) ....you’re welcome.

You’re Me-Gun Kelley and you almost knocked King “O” off the ratings throne. Fear not, you will be a mega-star over at MSNBC. Why on that rumor alone Rachel Maddow has gotten so excited, he hid away his anatomically correct Me-Gun Kelley blow up doll in his closet. Oh, and the tools, adapters, accesserioes, and the edible underwear. I am not sure what the flavors of the undies he had were but, after your chat with Howard Stern, I’m guessing CHERRY isn’t one of them.

You’re Me-Gun Kelley and Al Jezzera now has more credibility than you do. You’ve made BRUCE LUCY CATILYN SPALDING JENNER, whatever it calls itself, look like MARGRET THATCHER. Well, look on the bright side, your trip to the dark side isn’t all bad...at least the roots of your hair match. Oh, and if Hillary isn’t wearing an Orange pant suit or a CANKLE braclet...it will be a great photo-op and maybe and interview.

That would make Chrissy Matthews get a tingle up both his legs. I won’t go into where the tingle might be located on Hillary Rodham Clinton (D)( partial birth abortion, infanticide) Hubble, Foster. But Me-Gun..in a way, in my eyes, your still kinda NOT GUILTY.

Sorry about the length...sometimes it JUST WON’T STOP :-)

Again apologies to Sir Howard Lawrence Carr (U)-Fat Bastard, MA. Howie Carr Radio Network, Boston Herald, Harvard Faculty, and BROWN UNIVERISITY REJECT. :-)

Feel Freep to send, share, or do the Venezuelan..well you know, anywhere. MAY THE FORCE BE WITH YOU! JEDI JEDI4S

So the ONLY thing the Donald is doing that bothers you is using twitter?

If it weren’t for that, you’d have no complaints about him?

(pretty much rhetorical, just like liberals- you don’t like Trump’s strong stances so instead, ironically, complain about something petty - calling it petty. Liberals always point out in others what they are trying to hide in themselves.)

“You do have a point except it’s like comparing apples to oranges. Back in RR’s days, people were civilized, decent and polite. Imagine today’s female newscasters in Reagan’s days. They would never get on the air.”

True, society has degraded considerably. And taking the high road gets you walked on, like W and Romney.

I'm convinced that many of us who have enjoyed Trump shaking up the political landscape, and especially the GOP Establishment, and who are grateful for what he has done for this political season, when we go into that voting booth will say: "Thanks Donald, but, I'm casting my lot for a guy who is as radical as you, but has more class and is not just intelligent but brilliant; I'm voting for Ted." Many, many, many people will do that; guaranteed. Trump is clearing the political mine field for Cruz. Ted Cruz will be the GOP nominee.

Yes, damn right, Americans have been itching for someone to take the fight to our enemies.

I need you to see my Post #329 and you’ll understand where I’m coming from. But, first, let me say this: First of all longevity on FR does not necessarily make people smarter, it makes them more cynical and angry over time. Secondly, the political junkie bug bit me at the age of 5 when my mom and I walked the neighborhood waking up the neighbors to tell them that Ike defeated Stevenson in the 1952 Election. I’ve been involved in campaigns and politics my entire life. I was a District Chair in Michigan in 1988 and personally hosted a “Meet Jack Kemp Breakfast” for 220 precinct workers. So, I’ll compare my credentials to yours anytime. Now, PLEASE read my Post #329.

No, it’s not just Twitter, though his willingness to engage in petty Twitter feuds at the drop of the hat says something about his narcissistic temperament. But that’s not my only, or even main, problem with Trump. My main problem is that he is a faux-conservative huckster who has taken liberal positions his whole life, and is now pandering for votes by paying lip service to conservatism.

Heck, even on immigration (the centerpiece of his campaign), it wasn’t so long ago that Trump called Romney’s positions (and self-deportation rhetoric) “crazy” and “mean-spirited.”

Nothing good looking about her back then and nothing good looking about her now. She has the facial structure of a man. Make-up makes a lot of women and in this case without a doubt. The best looking woman on Fox is Shannon Bream, with or without make-up. I She’s also a real journalist, something Kelly isn’t. Would be nice to see her replace Nancy Grace’s sister.

“She and Chris Stirewalt spent about 10 minutes knocking Trump and making fun of him”.

I try not to watch her show anymore but wanted to see if she would even mention Trump again. Well she did and it was a bunch of giggling and smirking with Stirewalt, who can never open his mouth without calling Trump “not a serious candidate”. Stirewalt goes on to say that Bush’s immigration plan had substance and was serious and Trump’s had nothing but “emotion”. Of course Kelly agreeing with everything he said. I told my wife I guaranteed Trump would respond, like he should have. That’s what social media is for. He takes up for himself. He does not crawl under a rock when he’s attacked.

Then who do you support?

I wouldn’t trust Bush, Rubio, or Walker in immigration because 2 are still for amnesty and one has flip-flopped back and forth. Cruz is my #1, but even Trump is sounding more forceful on dealing with illegals and has forced the discussion on it. That’s why I like him - he’s bringing up an issue that has been ignored for decades and forcing others to pay attention. And doing it in away that bypasses the MSM and GOPe. A perfect candidate? No, but he’s far above the McRomney types.

Cruz.

And Trump may sound more forceful on illegals, but (a) look at his past statements on the issue (calling Romney’s position “crazy” and “mean-spirited”) and (b) look at even some of his recent statements (where he has waffled a bit on what he plans to do with the “good” illegals who are currently here).

Trump may have the fiery rhetoric, but Cruz has the sting, consistent positions and track record.

Cruz is my choice, but I’ve been concerned because he has not said anything specific about illegals. He’s just said to bring in more H1-B workers without explaining why. I assume it’s because our workers cannot do the jobs because of the dumbing-down in our education system. That i could understand, but I’d like to hear hum say it. And say what he’ll do with the illegals here - he could very well be for amnesty since he hasn’t been forthcoming.

But there’s plenty of time, he’s rising in the polls, and Trump is forcing everyone to state their plans. I hope that if Trump fades, Cruz is the beneficiary of his supporters.

ATTACKING KELLY is not a winning idea. Trump would be better off saying I WELCOME HER BACK FROM HER VACATION.
