Fox News anchor Megyn Kelly returned Monday night to host The Kelly File following a 10-day vacation, but her extended R & R seemed to have no relaxing effect on her loudest critic: Donald Trump.
In a series of late-night tweets, Trump accused Kelly of being “off her game,” and suggested she “must have had a terrible vacation” because she was “afraid to confront” her guest, Dr. Cornel West, on the subject of immigration.
Trump followed up his tweets with a couple of retweets from supporters who called Kelly a “bimbo” and her show “a waste of an hour on Fox.”
“The bimbo back [sic] in town,” said one tweet, which Trump reposted into his own timeline. “I hope not for long."
The Republican front-runner’s infamous feud with Kelly -- sparked in the aftermath of the first GOP debate, which Kelly co-moderated — reached a crescendo shortly before her temporary leave of absence, when Trump made a comment appearing to reference menstruation as a reason for a line of questioning he believed was unfair.
Trump went on to suggest several times that Kelly’s vacation was ordered by higher-ups at the news station as a result of the fallout from their post-debate friction.
Fox News pushed back on those claims, saying the time off was scheduled months in advance.
Unfazed, Trump repeated his allegation tonight on Twitter.
"I liked The Kelly File much better without @megynkelly,” the businessman tweeted. "Perhaps she could take another eleven day unscheduled vacation!"
So you think a President SHOULD be engaging in one-sided Twitter “feuds” with journalists/TV personalities because they asked him a question (even an unfair question)? OK.
Wow! Kelly’s facebook is going to be plastered with thousands of hostile people.

Not watching MK again...turned off BOR when he let his “Willful ignorance” about what can be done to reverse the invasion show through...and the rest of Fox is also a waste of my time.

Let it go, Donald! I thought you’d be a better manager of your time. What? You won’t be content until Megyn loses her job, her looks, her husband maybe? You’ll be waiting for a long time. She’s Roger Ailes special princess and star pupil.
Watching world events recently has gotten me thinking about how Trump would handle things as President. Some nasty tweets about Kim Jong Un, perhaps? An Instagram video about Putin? A press conference to call the Chinese "losers"? Each day could be a new adventure.

Even his ideas and policies (with the notable exception of his current position on immigration—maybe) should mean that no conservative would support him. He’s a guy with bad ideas who acts like a petulant child. And yet....
Trump gains support by being petty and vindictive. Just like the MSM.
By not challenging the commie West, she legitimized him, and gave him respectability. The liberal media in contrast, challenges conservatives at every chance. So, am I to presume the bimbo Kelly is not conservative?

Uh.. you might have noticed Trump isn’t President. Yet. When he is, he’ll be Presidential, but right now he’s got an election to win and he’s running against the media as well as the other candidates. She’s entered the ring, so she’s fair game.
Not that any of you Trump-haters will be convinced, but it really doesn’t matter...just look at the polls.
