Peter King’s name is mud to conservatives.
Getting endorsed by Pete King is not a good thing.

Heh. Trump's fan club wants to use Jeff Sessions and Sarah Palin's comments as "proof" that Trump is conservative, but ignore that the most despised RINOs in America, like Peter King and Meghan McCain, are ALSO in Trump's corner. Anytime Meghan McCain praises any other GOP candidate, they are quick to jump on that person and slam them for attracting the likes of McCain's conservative-hating daughter.
Either Trump's celebrity fan club means something about his candidacy, or it doesn't. They can't have it both ways.
Personally, I think Trump has a lot in common with Peter King. Numerous freepers fawned over RINO Peter King for years because he was a loudmouth who beat his chest about illegal immigration and pretended to be a heroic anti-establishment fighter. The fact his record showed he was the enemy of conservativism meant nothing to them as long as he could bark conservative principles on nightly news shows.

Palin endorsed a marxist for Alaska Governor in 2014, and John McCain in the Senate primary in 2010. So it’s not like she’s some perfect barometer herself.
Peter King has to cross paths with Trump and donors.
He’s not going to invite a Trump beatdown.
Cruz and Rand Paul have little need to cross paths with Peter King.
