I’d bet he’s already spent a good part of his life behind bars.
He is a good candidate for the needle. http://www.legis.la.gov/legis/law.aspx?d=78397 Life without benefits in Angola might be more wretched for him, but most of the other inmates don’t deserve being around a feral like this one. And yes, I’ve been to Angola a number of times. This guy would be a vicious outlier even there.
