It happens when manufacturing is shifted overseas, and it’s happened before.

That may be true. but also all the FED’s artificially pumping money into the market with QE 1,2,3 and whatever number they’re on, created a massive bubble. Bubbles always burst at some point.

(And someone’s tie company isn’t too tied to China? We need to put tariffs on cars coming into the U.S.! But don’t put tariffs on ties coming in - or at least put them on others!) /s.

Maybe things were better off when China had a totally Communist controlled economy under Mao.

So you believe a president should shut down businesses that you don’t like?

Mr. Trump's stock has gone up among Americans.

It'll eventually crash faster than the Dow did. I would point out to Trump that the Chinese markets have been tanking for months and not all of a sudden they're driving the U.S. markets?

(You know what lefty college kids are saying? Why are you listening to them at all? If we are too tied to China, would it then be from a lefty to say that a tie company can be too tied to China or would a passing-as-a-true-righty (but not actually a righty) never say that?) /s

I made a little dough. I open a ROTH IRA and had a trade set over the weekend. I canceled the trade this morning before opening and then bought about an hour after trading. I have made $235 off the $6,500 Roth. I wish I was as smart on all the other stocks!!!

Trump could turn this up big time by letting Americans know that our hi-tech military is dependent on critical electronic components and parts manufactured outside the U.S., including in China. There is no reason for outsourcing our military infrastructure to countries likely to enemies or to those who could leverage that dependence to their advantage.

Who was responsible for the 2008 market crash?

Democrats or Republicans?

Townhall.com, IJReview and other news sites reported that The Donald blamed Republicans, not Dems, for the crash of 2008.
