Too many fathers are males
Too many mothers re female
So, I support the terms parent 1 and parent 2 - just be sure that each category has equal numbers of males and females in them other wise it maybe sexist. Oops - does that mean they must enter their gender? If so, that is sexist too. Oh dear, maybe only a name will suffice - but is Kelly a man’s name or a woman’s name. Oh, I forgot, I should not ask such a sexist question.
Sigh. Life is so very hard these days with such important matters to resolve. Who has time to worry about ISIS and dissected baby parts anyway - that is so yesterday.

What if a male person wears one, and says he/she/it is wearing it because they’re transgendered?

There are far more than 10 things that are “racist.”
Michelle 0bama has declared that museums, and classical music are “racist.” The National Park System has been denounced as “racist” because blacks don’t like visiting the woods. Disagreeing with anything said by a non-white person is automatically “racist.” Essentially, anything that white people like, do or say is “racist.” Matter of fact, just being white is “racist.”
