Sure, 0 is worse. Way worse. However, Bush helped pave the way for the 2008 meltdown (with lots of participation from a Dem congress), and signed the TARP bailout. He was certainly part of the problem as far as finances go.

I'm no fan of the Iran deal, but generally speaking low oil prices are great for the economy. You can look Saudi Arabia's way for the main reason oil prices are where they're at right now. You know, nothing whatsoever to do with Iran.
