Then maybe they should do a better job of screening applicants. This guy just wasn’t having problems, his wife just left him for another man.Putting a man on the street with a badge and a gun with what just happened to him was not a good decision.

That sounds a lot like that cop in Ohio who got fired for freaking out at the shooting range, then got a job with the Cleveland PD and shot Tamir Rice.

I never see a report on the meds these cops are on. Are they tested after shootings? Is that something the unions prevent?
