The provisions of deal negotiated between Congress and the Obama Administration, even as insane and ill advised as they are, have not been met.
The Obama Administration committed to providing Congress and American people all of the terms of the agreement, including side deals.
John Kerry himself has admitted that there are secret side deals in the agreement that have not yet been provided to Congress.
The Obama Administration and John Kerry were fully aware of the existence of these side deals and they willfully concealed their existence from Congress and when caught red handed in their lies, they informed Congress that these side deals will never be provided to Congress.
These side deals were central to the verification and enforcement of the whole reason for existence of the Iran Nuclear Weapons Deal - to prevent Iran from developing nuclear weapons.
President Obama has publicly stated and John Kerry has testified that there are” tough provisions” to verify Iran's compliance it's agreement not to pursue nuclear weapon development
Now we find that the provisions of the agreements show John Kerry and President Obama to be outright liars because the side agreements show that the inspection and verification process is wholly dependent upon Iran inspecting itself and does not even inhibit Iran from pursing it's weapons facilities and International Inspectors are not even allowed on site in Iran's primary military nuclear weapons development sites.
Inspectors must also obtain “mutually agreed upon permission” with Iran to execute their job functions which means all Iran has to do is say” We don't agree to this” to stop any inspection in it's tracks- literally.
Congress is under no obligation to move forward because the Obama Admin has not complied with even the basic of it's disclosure obligations.
Obama’s Iran Deal has bizarre provisions for the United States to provide for the Defense of Iran's nuclear weapons program by the United States so it can only be considered a defense treaty subject to full Congressional Ratification.
Senator Tom Cotton is being talked about as a dark horse candidate, who while hawkish, may offer the GOP a more sane and measured alternative to Trump. I would like this if we don’t nominate Trump or Cruz,but I thought Tom C. would be too young to run for the top job.
