Ifa state has no fault divorce they have generallygotten rid of the laws of fault divorce, so any liability forcheaters to be held accountable is gone. Now if they pass an std along that could be gone after under a different charge.

Not true. The laws are still on the books in at least 30 jurisdictions but it's much more expensive to litigate fault than it is to go for a no-fault and just fight over the property.

This list isn't entirely accurate. It shows Louisiana as not having fault grounds, and that isn't accurate.
