She’s fully aware the security risk to her own safety, Obama’s safety, B Clinton’s safety, and her own daughter’s safety an unsecured server would be.
Hillary did not use an unsecured server.

Stick with the MacNaughton rules. In English common law, and codified in the United States, a person is not criminally liable, if by reason of mental defect, she cannot tell right from wrong, or she is unable to conform her actions. No jury will ever convict her.

I am beginning to think the official email classified material issue was simple hubris and gross incompetence. I think they started cleaning the thing not to hide her messes, but his.
Still criminal, but I think the cover up was more about them. They don’t care enough to have worried about the official record. They were worried, my guess, about what was in the personal record all along.
And how are you defining "unsecured?" Simply put, there is no internet protocol or commercial standard that meets the requirements for electronically transmitting TS-level information over an open internet.
To do it at the level of some of the information as has been determined at that level and above (SI - SCIF) is just something that would have thrown up all kinds of red flags that couldn't be hidden for a private server system. She would not have been able, nor allowed to do this. The server was not meant to protect anything but the illegal and improper actions she executed while Secretary of State.
I just don’t see the fire-in-the-belly drive from her to want to be President.
I think she’s trying to run a low-budget campaign because she is only campaigning so she can call investigations into her criminal actions “political”.
The good news is that she’s killing the Democrat Party.
