I think she will be charged with mishandling sensitive info, but will not see any jail time. This will derail her campaign..no question in my mind.

Likely do a backroom deal that will penalize her monetarily with something similar to David Patreaus, possibly a lil harsher for the scope of what she's done.

This is the scenario during Obozo’s time occupying the oval office. Get Ted Cruz or a Trump as president with lets say...Tray Gowdy as AG, could be a whole different ballgame.
