I don't know if Mexican or American laws have changed...but...in 1997 I worked for Samsonite Luggage and they started a plant in Mexico...and after they had the machinery and things down there to manufacture, they found out if they decided to come back to America, all that equipment would be left there, it wasn't theirs anymore but the property of Mexico....

I have to wonder if Nabisco has looked into this little item, as it was stated, AFTER the equipment was there in Mexico, Samsonite found out it wasn't THEIR equipment....

Messico pulled the same thing years and years ago when they nationalized the US oil companies in Messico.

(they produce a good bit of oil - FYI)

People from south of the Rio are just plain “slow”.
Ever seen Nobel prize winner for science or medicine (etc) from that neck of the woods??? A space program???
