He went to DC and did not change. I hoping that when Trump fades these voters will join Cruz.
That’s coming, for now sit back and enjoy Trump stepping on the GOPe’s picks like junebugs and blazing the trail for Ted.
I think it denigrates Trump supporters to label Trumps behavior as "Trumpoonery". Trump has shown how deep the dislike of DC and career politicians goes. Also, Trump has shown that if you stand up to the establishment media and pols you can win and people will love you for it.
Cruz is a proven conservative and will be a great POTUS, but he won't get there without the help of the Trump supporters.

Cruz already does more in one day then obama and the entire congress does in a week.

As long as Trump is green on IMMIGRATION he gets my vote.
None of the other issues matter at this time, as we will NEVER see a majority again if we fail to correctly fix the problem.
Trump has made immigration the CENTERPIECE of his campaign, for Cruz, even though he’s also fine on immigration, he just won’t have the mandate to fix it that Trump will have.
The others are PATHETIC and would rather see the Republican Party end up where they are in California these days.

Ted Cruz is by far the best candidate we’ve had for president, either party, for decades.
I agree this is a great pairing .. and I believe Cruz has enough smarts (legally), that he would be a great asset to Trump in proposing legislation; and in helping Trump with any Constitutional issues.
I believe this is why the DemocRATS are after Trump so fervently .. I think they have already realized that Trump is vocalizing Cruz’s policies.
