Yes sadly but I am afraid Mexico has been the way it is for so many generations that a revolution is the only thing that will ever change it. It's called mordida! Everyone has their hand out, even down to the wives of the ones in charge. I don't think a revolution would turn out the way we wanted it to. The commies would sweep in and take over.
