As Rudy Giuliani has said; the moment she used her phone for any government business that phone became the property of the U.S. gov., IE the American people, and deleting anything from it was a felony.

That goes for every digital device she used.

Yes, that is what I have been saying. If she used it for official business those are govt emails. Including the 30k emails she deleted.
