They’ve got to stop calling illegal aliens in these polls.

20% undecided probably has to do with 17 candidates still being on the ticket.

August 10th does not have great relevance with respect to where Mrs. Clinton is on August 21st. It isn’t a matter of a slow drip Chinese water torture. The disclosures of Mrs. Clinton’s unreliability have been a steady flood over the past 11 days.

Fake poll to trick people into voting for Rubio who is for amnesty and increasing immigration

These numbers would suggest that a Republican tidal wave is building, I mean, these numbers are not just a reaction against Hillary Clinton. I wonder how Republican candidates would do against the generic Democrat in Michigan and how they would do against named Democrats. That would tell us quite a bit.

They actually published the priamry poll back then: Trump 20, Fiorina 15, Carson 12, Bush 12, Rubio 10.... Things have changed for sure, but Clinton being in that much trouble in a blue state then is interesting. How much worse is it now?

Michigan tends to be a reliable Democrat state in recent presidential elections. If a Democrat is in trouble in Michigan, bad news for them.

Rubio could be 99% over Clinton and I still wouldn’t vote for him.

Rubio is more liberal than Hillary Clinton on immigration.

Clinton will run to Rubio’s right on the immigration issue, and the liberal Rubio will get trounced.

There is NOBODY on the bench when Herself, Madame Benghazi, the Cold & Joyless, gets called out on fouls, and that doesn’t even account for uncalled fouls.

Don’t think people haven’t noticed all the time. The number that cannot be ignored just keep piling up.

Sometimes Herself just makes gratuitous fouls, simply because they WOULDN’T be called.

I could see a wave but never underestimate the GOPE’s desire to lose without their chosen lackey as the nominee. A Little Jebbie nominee could blow out the wave in a heart beat. And you know the GOPE is that stupid.

I honestly do not believe these polls at all. I’d like to see how many people choose Hillary against one GOP candidate, but the GOP candidate in other cases. Really, how many people would choose a Republican if they also openly admit to the possibility of supporting Hillary? For most, it has to be Hillary, or a GOP candidate that I can stomach, or else staying home. Few would ever bounce between the parties.

It is perennially an open question whether the signal characteristic of the GOPe is stupidity or cupidity

I find this odd only that Rubio, of all people, has the lead, but it is Trump who has the more, for want of a better term, "protectionist" blue collar talk.

I'm suspicious for that reason. Rubio, in two or three recent polls, has shown up well in the upper midwest. There was a poll yesterday showing him doing well in PA (not believable) and OH, but Trump was beating him (and Hillary) in FL.

Now, seriously? We are to believe that he can't win FL vs. Trump, and can't win any head to head with Trump, but somehow can beat Hillary?

Well, that was my take and honestly I thought before the debate that Trump had pretty much eliminated Rubio, but he has bounced back (in part with a good debate performance). Still, as I say above, there are anomalies with this and other “push Rubio” polls that just aren’t believable.
