I know a 39 year old guy who is smoking hot. He’s extremely charming, great singers and has a terrific sense of humor. He also just went to prison for having sex with a 14 year old girl. She didn’t feel taken advantage of because they were in love and he made sure she enjoyed herself. By your definition should he not be in jail?

Teen boys simply don't feel like they're taken advantage of. Boys are looking at the situation as a chance to get some with a hot woman.
When I was in high school there was an extremely attractive female teacher at my school. Many boys made comments concerning what they would like to do sexually with Mrs. X if they got the chance. They never got the chance. And this was a Catholic high school. Mrs. X was an excellent teacher and a virtuous woman, so the boys were left disappointed.
Girls fall in love and give their bodies thinking they've found their perfect mate. Just the difference between the male brain and the female brain.
