The best thing to happen this cycle, no democrat or republican elected to the White House.

They did the same to Chris McDaniel in Mississippi.

Let us never forget that.

Precluding Trump from participating in the “debates” won’t hurt him and will hurt the candidates who do participate if he is barred. If he is shut out then I would ho[e that the most conservative other candidates would all withdraw then all organize a separate set of “debates.” So long as Trump is involved the MSM will carry them, if only to ridicule them. The ridicule is no longer a problem so long as the conservatives don’t modify their message or apologize or explain. Trump has shown the way on this. Reagan showed how it should be done 35 years ago but no one learned from that. Trump does it naturally.

Dumping on Trump and it will enhance Trump. If they push hard enough they just might get him elected as a third party candidate who then owes nothing to the GOP and, in fact, has reasons to dissolve it and shut down its gravy train. The more vicious the attack the ore powerful the revenge if the attack does not succeed.

If you set out to take Vienna you have to take Vienna.

Article is a foolish misinterpretation of of facts.

GOP does not run ads in primaries, Individual candidates do.

Is author so inexperienced as to be surprised that Bush and Walker would run anti-Trump ads? Trump is leading, they are falling in polls. They had better get on offensive if they have any hope of winning.

So they will run ads. Big deal.

This is another BS, it’s us against them, stupid article about nothing!

“Now, it has been revealed that the GOP is set to start airing anti-Trump attack ads after Labor Day”

This is a bombshell??

It’s been almost two weeks since the first Republican debate, which Donald Trump won by a landslide,...

It's hard to take an article seriously when it starts with a whopper like that.

Trump didn't hurt himself in the debate. His poll numbers have continued to rise. If Megyn Kelly has an anti-Trump agenda, she didn't help her cause either. But no objective measure of debate performance has Trump winning it at all, much less by a landslide.

Cruz has some dangerous attitudes on immigration. He wants to vastly increase the H1Bs and all legal immigration. That isn't much better than the illegal flood as far as American jobs, wages, and culture are concerned. At this point I think our only chance to retrieve the Republic is a Trump/Cruz presidency. The President now is effectively a Dictator as the Congress has ceded pretty much all power to the Executive and the Court has concurred. We have a choice in who we would replace the current Dictator with. A solidly constitutional president without the take-no-prisoners manner of a great used car salesman will fail as a president and as the dictator he will effectively be, mainly because he will abjure the use of the powers he actually will have. Trump is a huge gamble, in that as a dictator he might just be Mussolini or Napoleon. The hope is that with the Constitutional scholar Cruz as his VP and theoretician they will do the things necessary to return the nation to the Constitution. The one thing they could do and must do if that project is to have a chance to be successful is to promote and persuade the States to call that Article 5 Convention. A good conservative/constitutionalist dictator cannot give power back to the Congress. They would not take it or they would use it to set up another Dictator. Power can, however, be returned to the States by persuading them to make this Convention. Forcing them to do it would only enhance the dictatorship.

Alternatively the States could call the Convention now and the process has, in fact, begun. That, though, takes too long. The Central government is assuming all powers far too fast and the Dictator, if a Democrat or, highly unlikely, a gope, will shut down any such process.

It is more than possible no one wins the electorial majority. In such a situation, the election goes to the house and how do you think that would end up?? It surely would not be Trump as the winner, not with Bonehead as the speaker anyway.

The system is strongly rigged against any third party candidate. Once the dems went full commie mode, the GOP decided to just go commie-lite.

Never fear, I never will as long as I live. It wasn’t enough that they wanted to defeat him for being conservative, it wasn’t enough that they fought a conservative harder-much harder-than they ever fight the left, the cherry on top was that they used the politics of personal desteuction against a conservative after long refusing to even show opposition to the left’s policies.

At the next presidential debate, “My question is for the GOPe at large tonight. If Donald Trump wins the nomination, will you support him? Yes or no?”

No it’s not okay. They’re going to demonize someone who will potentially be the nominee. Instead of attacking Trump and harming us in the general, why don’t they explain what’s so great about their plans?

Brilliant, the GOPe will run pay for a 30 second spot before and after each 20 minute Trump segment (and TV/Radio host picks up the cost for Donald’s 20 minute infomercials)

Because it’s not some insidious plan for candidates to run attack ads against each other. You may disagree with the opinions, but running ads against other candidates is SOP in any election, including primaries.

This article is implying somehow the RNC has taken sides and is actually running ads against one of its own candidates. That’s not what is happening, it’s just candidates attacking each other which is par for the course. It happens in every primary.

If the ever-lying, self-EXEMPT GOP wants ANY votes,
they must defend Trump - and go after Obama.
