Caitlyn Jenner Could Face Manslaughter Charge in Deadly Malibu Crash

Caitlyn Jenner could face a manslaughter charge following her car accident in Malibu that left one dead.

“The case will be submitted to the district attorney next week,” Lt. Shaun Mathers of the Los Angeles County Sheriff’s Department said.

Detectives are set to present evidence to the prosecution that could lead to a misdemeanor manslaughter charge against Jenner. Because there’s “nothing really egregious” in the case, Det. Richard Curry of the L.A. County Sheriff’s Dept. said there’s a “50/50” chance that she will be charged.

A misdemeanor manslaughter charge usually carries a one-year jail sentence.

More to come.

There really is no such thing as an accident. Somebody failed and caused damage or injury. People used to get off if they didn’t mean to cause harm but no more.

And he should face charges. But … would he go to a women’s or a men’s prison?

I’m so grateful that thus far I have never done something behind the wheel that caused anyone any harm.

It wouldn’t matter if I got off legally, It would bother me forever and that would be serious punishment.

You see some real idiots on the road, I am amazed that they survive.

BTW: I consider fiddling with a cellphone while driving to be nearly as dangerous as drunk driving.

He can’t because she wasn’t driving.

If this had been any one of us, we would have already been sentenced. He won’t spend a day in jail.
