Even if it were, congress has the authority to strip someone of their citizenship!

So let just for argument sake suppose that they ARE born citizens, then just automatically lose that citizenship via a law passed by congress. Problem solved.

So you would argue for sending the GOP down the road of retroactively stripping away citizenship from those born to illegals on U.S. soil, be it 5 weeks, 5 years or 50 years ago?
