Here’s the text: Section 1. All persons born or naturalized in the United States, and subject to the jurisdiction thereof, are citizens of the United States and of the State wherein they reside.

If we interpret this one to not mean what it says, can we stop others from reading the 2nd or any other amendment any way they please. It looks pretty clear.

In fairness, where was he gonna go with it? The NBC issue, a critically important one, was thrown under the bus by just about everybody. The feckless Congress wouldn't touch it. We saw what that rat Roberts didn't do. The truth is that whatever happened in Hawaii with Axelrod that week in 2008 when Barry's grandma passed away most likely buttoned up the ability to easily get to the bottom of it, at least for now.

In a way Trump was prescient about the wimpy Congress and their unerring ability to punt the big ones like Obamacare. He used good political sense by accident or design.

I'm very interested in this traditional Presidential transition wink/nod kabuki dance we are treated to at every new Presidents' inauguration when the outgoing one somehow gets the incoming one to seal his records and honor his executive orders and other things. I don't like this one bit and it smells bad.

Perhaps we could finally see this mysterious handoff cleared up. Perhaps it will lead to firm information on Barry. Or perhaps not. Whatever happens it will be very interesting.

Levin is going off about OReilly who is way over his head, who does not know what he is talking about, and attacking Levin in the 3rd person. Two Professors and Rubio supporting BOR! LOL.

Apparently BOR got a professor named John Hu on his show.

He has come up on past NBC threads and he’s complete jus soli advocate. Hu wrote a small section in a book among hundreds of authors that was foreword by Ed Meese. I recall hammering Hu pretty good LoL.

As far as insanity, you are continually demonstrating it over the Illegal Alien Invasion with your Mr. Fantastic sssstretchingggg of every possible solution into cuckooland. You have dusted off an old logical fallacy called argumentum ad absurdum.

Why is it absurd? You live in a country that has by action of a select few traitors, allowed a full scale invasion so vast, that the error bars alone describing the quantity present is equal to the population of Australia. If the suspected 35 million are here then we actually contain the equivalent to the population of Canada, and this invasion force would rank as the world's 35th country in population. That is more than 1,700 military divisions, and is more than twice as large as all the people that served in the USA World War II armed forces. Now that is absurd. But what is even more absurd is the concerted effort to defeat every solution, absurd, and traitorous. What number of invaders could possibly wake you up? If India were next door would it be okay to take in 200, 300 million?

Fun fact: the USA population since 1980 has increased almost 100 million, the current out-of-work force is, wait for it, almost 100 million. How do you like them apples? We report, you decide.

Anyway, no absurd scenarios are required to fix this. Language in a Congressional Law that says: "No person that enters the USA Illegally may ever be granted citizenship". It can be made permanent via an Amendment later.

Self-deportation would immediately commence of those that want future USA citizenship. Those that remain would be the ones that never planned on it and can be permanently deported once they are located. The edge cases which have you so concerned can be handled over time, after the overall picture becomes clearer. You see, constructing a plan of action does NOT require a comprehensive plan up front. This is a dynamic situation that is fluid and will require different strategies at different points in time.

The can't do spirit that you and all (R)epublicrat shills conveniently espouse when solutions are presented is *not* part of the American tradition. It sounds almost, French. We Americans can do.

John Yoo, normally reliable guy. Hard to tell what he was saying with fathead bloviating, but it sounded like he is punting the issue.

The real news was that pathetic Rubio. He could not cite anything to justify anchor babies except he referenced the 14th Amendment completely incorrectly.

We now have a great issue, one that forces separation of the men from the little boys that are being politically correct. They can be confronted by the clear text from the author and put on the spot. It's beautiful. Levin is going off on his radio show abut this.

Most important lesson today, Rubio isn't fit to clean bathrooms in the White House, Congress or the Supreme Court. He is a slick and polished numbskull, empty-headed, and devoid of courage. It is plainly clear why the (R)epublicrat GOPe recruited and pressed him, and why he quickly joined the Gang Of Eight ... he is a puppet. Literally!

Thanks for “Yoo” spelling correction. :-) I’ll catch the segment when BOR’s show is replayed again in a couple of hours.

Levin further said that BOR made him “furious” and has invited BilOReilly on his show for a showdown. LoL. Yeah I agree we got a great issue here and Rubio keeps on sinking.

He actually first said that original intent is important but then decided that precedent is everything ( even precedent that does not cite the 14th apparently! ). Hannity was speechless. He even put the damn words on the screen. Amazing!

Yoo is from Berzerkly U. Yoo who says all the other categories, foreign enemy combatants, ambassadors, et al, are not allowed, but regular foreigners can have anchor babies as US citizens. Uhuh.

The other guy with glasses Rifkin brings up the Chinese laborers, but fails to understand or state that there were treaties at the time bewteen the Emperor of China and the US to treat them as his/her Chinese subjects, and specified they could not be US citizens. However, this is besides the point we are discussing going to the judicial errors in original WKA’s opinion.

Yoo: we may turn back to the terrible times of Dred Scott. Oh man LoL.

The moron Yoo doesn’t understand what Dred Scott was about or state the issue honestly.

And besides the judicial errors in WKA opinion, Justice Gray who wrote the opinion only held that the permanent legal residence of the parents in the US, who were the subjects of China can have children born in the US as citizens. Nowhere does justice Gray hold for aliens with no legal status.

Then in the end BOR speaking with Rubio, who has very little knowledge of the issue, BOR said we can do something about anchor babies with a new federal law. It appears to me BOR contradicted himself. How can he deny birthright citizenship? I think BOR agreed with the two silly professors, which this would, in their opinions, violate the 14th Amendment.

BOR in confusion? Heh.

As time goes on, the Establishment RINOs/DEMs/CoC/Big IT/Open Borders/ crowd are going to be exposed more and more often. It’s really all about getting ill-gotten $$$s.
