I like your turn of phrase so thought it should be repeated.
Since there are a few principled Republicans left(darn few), and since We The People are so all-fired ticked off, I hold the hope that it can be saved and we can fight to restore sanity to the Party.
The problem is the big big big money forces pulling the strings. Apparently are old, alcoholic, greedy party leaders can’t resist the temptation.
