This is a favorite response regarding Trump not being “Presidential.” However, if he has down the country a ‘favor,’ why would he not do the same as President? What are you afraid of? Personally, I think Trump represents the proud, take charge American image I want to see in my President.

Your post has indicated some false choices and false equivalencies...so to what am I afraid of? I wouldn't say afraid, but I am intellectually aware that Trump is still reflexively a liberal. In other words, he's evolved on some issues - fine and dandy - but when something new hits - and it always does to candidates and Presidents - his reflexes are liberal.

Just recently: Scott Walker came up, and Donald Trumpka hit him from the left like a union thug. There is room to the right of Scott Walker, but DT came from THE LEFT. When the economic crash came up, Donald Dodd Frank TARP Trump exonerated ALL DEMOCRATS period from any blame. There is room to the right of Bush on this issue, but Trump came FROM THE LEFT. And when the issue of Planned Parenthood came up, Donald "Clinton Foundation" Trump used the "they do a lot of good work" bullshit to say we should still fund them. There is no excuse for this period.

My friend, these are long time beliefs that he has reinforced recently. You may be riding a horse to whip the RINOs- and discover yourself somewhere LEFT of RINOs when it's all said and done.

Yes, you are my friend also, but issues are one thing, bringing down the Washington political cartel is another. It may be necessary to take some risk on the issues with Trump to save the country from the cartel.

Donald Trump holds some views that I disagree with but he is running on two issues

1. To actually solve the immigration fiasco

2. To cut the heart out of PC speech and to then feed the corpse through a wood chipper. - This is the real issue and it is incredibly important.

In my mind these are two most pressing issues in the US.

I’d rather deal with two very important issues - and these kill lots of people directly and indirectly too - than have a more incremental approach.

More than that if Trump believes the Constitution then his views on Abortion, Planned parenthood and the like are less important because he does NOT control the funding that is the job of Congress. Let Congress revoke the funding.

Lastly, in the liberal mind Trump is already scary. By taking a less threatening line to liberals about other issues he gets his agenda through and, like it or not, there are a lot of people that approve of the issues he has approached from the left.

BTW I am a Cruz supporter.

There are 16 losers running for President, none of them will make it no matter how hard you beat this horse.
