Former Secretary of State Hillary Clinton was trained in the proper handling of classified information by the Bureau of Diplomatic Security according to the Diplomatic Security 2009 Year in Review booklet the bureau posted online.
Under the heading “Safe Handling of Information” on page 21 the bureau boasted of its efforts to quickly bring new Obama administration appointees up to speed on security issues.
“DS also provides new Department of State employees with training in the proper handling of sensitive and classified information.
“DS contributed to the smooth transition of U.S. government officials by providing more than 180 members of the new Obama administration–ranging from Secretary Clinton to various ambassadors and other presidential appointees–with security training, and immediate access to highly classified systems and other information products critical to their new roles.
“In 2009, DS delivered information security educational briefings to nearly 6,000 State Department employees, contractors and personnel from other government agencies.”
As The Gateway Pundit reported last week, Clinton was one of a select few high ranking government officials granted by President Barack Obama with the authority and responsibility to classify information on sight as ‘top secret’ or ‘secret’, known as “Original Classification Authority.”

Just because she is an OCA for State, doesn’t mean she has authority to declassify information from another OCA. An OCA can only declassify their own info, with limits. They usually have a published Security Classification Guide as to what and how information is protected.
When I had Secret and Top Secret clearances you would get “written up” for a Secret cover sheet left on a desk even if it had nothing behind it. I’ve never heard of mishandling of classified material nearly as egregious as Hillary’s in 25 years working with such material.
She was elbows deep in her husbands admin. Why wouldn’t she have received that training then?
Following rules and procedures is for the “little” people.
---Any ‘normal’ user of classified products would see their career end over anything even half this bad.
---Any potential, much less confirmed, leakage is enough to prompt massive system shut downs and disconnects
---Even inadvertent leakage requires the receiver to recognize the classified, or even potentially classified material has been sent over an unsecured system.
But Hillary said there was no classified material on her server,you know that private server Hillary had that had no classified material,then in her whole time Hillary got NO classified information sent to her? Then why did Obama bestie upon her the highest clearance,and when she got classified info where did it go?
You mean as Secretary Of State for 4 years,she never got classified information?

Alleged Offenses could include Violation of Title 18 U.S.C. §241 – Conspiracy Against Constitutional Rights – which prohibits in relevant part, “two or more persons (from conspiring) to injure, oppress, threaten, or intimidate any person in any State, Territory, Commonwealth, Possession, or District in the free exercise or enjoyment of any right or privilege secured to him by the Constitution or laws of the United States, or because of his having so exercised the same . . .” See, 18 U.S.C. §241.
She may have been trained, but some people are kinda slow in the learning dep’t.
