Republican presidential candidate Jeb Bush made a significant shift in strategy Wednesday night by launching a direct attack on rival Donald Trump, questioning the businessman's conservative credentials.
Bush's comments about Trump came as the two held rival town hall meetings about 20 miles apart from each other. The dueling appearances dominated cable news coverage Wednesday night as several channels broadcast split screens to demonstrate a contrast in styles. While Bush led a more intimate gathering of mostly elderly voters, Trump took the stage before 2,500 people packed into a theater in Derry.

I thought Trump really ripped Jeb a fresh one this afternoon with the “skin in the game” comment. Brutal. Some of the toughest talk in a primary I have heard in a long time.
“sedate” Like Perry Como lying down on his side and singing
‘Ac-Cent-Tchou-ate the Positi...’ zzzzzzzzzzzz
And Jeb! would know!
Trump to the right, Jeb to the left. What a topsy turvy political climate we have.
Jeb Bush is an EFFIN LOW ENERGY RETARD and LIAR.
Time to decimate the oligarchy that controls DC.
This is the guy who couldnt stop Terri Schiavo from being starved to death, despite the fact he was Governor and his brother was POTUS.
Her brutal and sadistic murder was beyond the pale, and the forces of evil triumphed under his watch.
Does anyone doubt that if HUSSEIN BARAKA and Terry McAuliffe were faced with similar circumstances and Schiavo was black, she would still draw breath?
While Governor, he let his buddies on the Insurance Commission run wild, approving ridiculous increases on wind insurance for the masses with a special carve out for residents east of US 1.
JEB BUSH IS A PATHETIC LOSER!!!!!!!!!!!!
DROP OUT NOW JEB, YOU ARE NOT A PRINCE.
“Those kind of words from Trump upset a lot of Freepers.
Do we really want a President who attacks others, and talks like that? Thats not Presidential.”
I can’t tell if you’re being sarcastic, though I note that the /sarc tag is missing. Still, I’m gonna assume it IS in fact sarcasm since:
1. I see NO Freepers upset by those kind of words from Trump.
2. Do we want a President who attacks others? Which would be ALL of the current Republican candidates who are attacking each other this very moment?
3. Thats not Presidential. Uh, what IS Presidential?
You’re right. Here’s the thread and no one was upset:

RINO, please!
Is this the first election you've paid attention to?
Irony.
Yes, it was sarcasm, and I probably should have used /s.
However, there are, in fact, quite a few Freepers who are upset with his attacks on others, his ‘tone’, and the fact he doesn’t sound Presidential.
There was a whole thread yesterday evening with Freepers busily agreeing with each other about those things.
“Yes, it was sarcasm, and I probably should have used /s.”
I shouldn’t be laughing right now, because so many who commented didn’t realize it was sarcasm, and a lot of unfair comments were made, probably including mine. It’s always a bummer when intended sarcasm is taken as being serious.
It seems as if Bush presidencies have been the only things that have sent Trump, temporarily, into the Democrats’ arms.
(A good Republican president (Reagan) or a Democrat president has put Trump squarely into the GOP camp.)
Kinda understandable, actually.
That Trump was once a RAT is really a minor point at this stage of what is happening in this country. The fact that he GETS that we are in big trouble and need to act boldly is his biggest selling point.
No, they weren't unfair, after all, if I didn't want the posters snapping at me for what I said, I should have made sure that I used an /s.
It's all good, and fun.
