Noting that the only sex-related right that the states have amended the Constitution to expressly protect deals with voting rights as evidenced by the 19th Amendment, we’re still not hearing the following from the media.

One of the reasons that the 14th Amendment was made was to prohibit the states from making and enforcing laws / policies which abridge constitutionally enumerated rights, pro-gay activist states unthinkingly using politically correct, constitutionally non-enumerated gender “rights” to trump the 1st Amendment-protected rights of speech and religious expression in these wedding cake issues.

14th Amendment, Section 1: All persons born or naturalized in the United States, and subject to the jurisdiction thereof, are citizens of the United States and of the State wherein they reside.
