Trump did not question the legality of the Constitution. He specifically addressed problems with the 14th amendment.
BTW, when was the last time that Leftist-Progressive-Commie pukes gave a rats a** about the Constitution anyway!
“Trump did not question the legality of the Constitution.”
The writer knows that. That reminds me of the snark I use to hear from liberals in college — extend, as it were, the meaning of what someone says with a false slant. It is just an attempt to smear Trump.
So we ignore Stare Decisis when it serves us to do so, even if it has gone through lefties and righties on the courts from the Civil War until now?
Give me then an absolutely and infinitely perfect decision on the 14th Amendment.
Bingo
I refuse to entertain "constitutional" arguments from someone before they publicly acknowledge the supremacy of the Constitution.
Similarly, I won't entertain biblical arguments from someone who doesn't acknowledge the authority of the Bible.
If both parties in a debate don't look to the document as a trustworthy source of authority, it will be used as a weapon by the side that doesn't and a worthless tool by the one that does.
